Participants tackle a 1.2-mile swim, a 56-mile bike ride, and a 13.1-mile run in the 70.3 race, while the full IRONMAN features a 2.4-mile swim, a 112-mile bike ride, and a full marathon. Set against stunning tropical scenery, athletes experience a unique course that includes local villages and scenic beachfronts, making this event a significant highlight in the international triathlon calendar.
